Haad Salad, transformed from Siamese to English people as Salad Beach, is a beautiful beach on the northwest coast of Koh Phangan in the gulf of Thailand. The beach is a little drive from the main port wine of Tongsala and due to the new routes around the island it is very easy to drive to even on a scooter.

The perfect white hot sand beach is rough two hundred meters long and smothered by the fleeceable pealing mounds of the island. Fifty dollar bill meters into the emerald gullible sea you will find a vibrant coral reef which has become a very popular situation for snorkelling and dive. There you can swim with the tropic fish, drear spotted rays and even groupers. If you are just looking for a gentle swim then you will be enchanted by the crystal clear body of water that lies between the beach and the reef.

I heard that the best time to visid Salad Beach is in November- April when the tides are higher.
